How many freeway-legal commuter vehicles get 85+ MPG?

Question

The Honda CB250 is one. It's great fun, comfortable, stylish, well-made, super-reliable and super-economical to operate (and to insure). And, it's priced under $4,000 US.

Can you think of any other vehicle today that can match that combination of assets? This question isn't spam; I really want to know.

Yamaha-Star Virago  250  has all those things too, except maybe comfort.  It gets over 90-mpg unless you ride it like a racer.  And it's a little bit peppier than the Honda.  Nice little bike.

None right now in the US.  But, the 2009 Toyota Prius will get 85 + mpg.
