How many galactic buildings are there in Pokemon Pearl and where are they located?

In Veilstone City there is one and a Galactic Warehouse. There is another one in Eterna city.

So to answer your question...

1) There are 2

2) One is in the eastern part of Veilstone City

3) The other is in the northern part of Eterna City.
