How many gallons of water do you use per day?

The amount of water your body uses depend on what part of the world you are and what season your in.  For example your body would require far more water in summer than in winter.  Your body would require far more water in a hot area than a cool one.  

Another factor that determine how much water you use is your body mass.  A huge person would require more water than a small person.

Another factor that determine how much water one utilizes depends on the kid of work one does.  A farmer in the field would use more water than a secretary at the desk.

The recommended water requirement per day adds up to approximately 2 quarts.  There are persons who drink on an average far more than that.  As a matter of fact I know persons who drink 1 quart of water several times for the day.

There are persons however, who's requirement is even lest than the suggested amount.  We are still urged to consume at least the recommended amount of water each day, since the body will get rid of the excess.  Excess water is not harmful.  It only serve to flush the Kidneys and bladder.

Extra water is required in the system, in order to keep the kidneys and the bladder healthy.

Therefore it is not possible to say how many gallons of water one uses per day.

I sometimes drink up to a gallon.  There are other times I drink far less.  I however try to maintain the recommended minimum of eight 8, oz glasses per day.

I drink between .5 to 1 gallon a day.
