How many games will the sixers win this year?

I would say about 45 wins and 37 loss. They have more talent since they acquired Elton Brand and the team chemistry isn't bad. It would be a fun team to watch in the east.

If healthy the Sixers will definitely win 50-52 games.  i think realistically they are a team in the 45-48 win range (how often do teams have completely injury free seasons).  i see them as a top 4 team in the East and making some noise in the playoffs- they will be in great position to be a contender in the East for several years to come.

No injuries? Oh man, top 4 forsure. I'm guessing they'll have around 48-52 wins? Sixers will be amazing with the duo of Elton Brand and Andre Iguodala. I wouldn't be surprised if they're ahead of Orlando.
