  2. You need about 8 full glasses of water each day!

    But don't sit there and proceed to drink all 8 in one sitting. You get water from other sources too. If you drink too much water, it could be potentially harmful to your body.

  7. according to experts, our body needs approximately 8 glasses of water a day.but you don't need to drink exactly 8 glasses of water because the food we eat also contains water. so i suggest that you drink at least 6 to 7 glasses of water a day if that is not too much of a hassle to you.

    We can get some water from food and other drinks. However both alchole and caffeine actually dehydrate us so those drinks cannot count towards our water intake.

    The old 8 glasses of water saing is outdated and inaccurate.

  9. I think you are suppose to drink at least 1 litre of water a day. It hydrates your skin and the more water you drink the less headaches you get. :)
