How many glasses of wine can you get out of a 1.5 litter bottle?

let's see, roughly 64 oz per liter.

say 6oz per glass of wine.

1.5 liters is approx 96 fluid oz.

roughly 16 6oz glasses per 1.5 liter bottle.

You should plan on 8 glasses out of a 1.5 litre bottle.

I normally get about 4 from the 750 ml. bottle.

Figure on 8.......can't go wrong...

Any left...then tomorrow nite will be great and inexpensive.

For 20 people you'll need at least 3 bottles, i would get 4 to be safe.

I base my answer on experience.

how did you (newhighinlow) come up with your figures? how do you get 64oz out of 1liter??

there are 50oz in 1.5 liter.

here is my math and why you should get 4 bottles of wine...

1.5 liter = 50 oz

50oz x 4bottles = 200oz

200oz divided by 8oz glasses=25 glasses

that will give you 25 glasses for 20 people.

with that in mind how much wine do you think you'll need.

.......i think now that you should get 10 bottles. LOL
