How many gnomes does it take to create a gnome counsil?

There are 3 under my dog house so far...I can hear them discussing taking over my house for the winter. They said they would have to have enough members of the council together to make that decision...do you know if they can legally live in my house for the winter?

three gnomes make up the required number of participants for a gnome council. However, in order to legally take over your house for the winter, they would have to consult the counsel of the grandgnomes. Three puny gnomes going up against the grandgnomes would be suicide.

I'm pretty sure it takes 7 gnomes and 1 troll-treasurer to form a "Counsil", but I'll have to consult the goblin that lives in our basement.

Don't know how many are needed but if you don't want em in your house just spin them around till they're dizzy and chuck them as far as you can. They'll be fine I think, I'll ask Harry.

well it depends were you live. some townships dont allow renting. although gnomes arent humans, can you take them in as pets?

Place a bowl of Anti-freeze by the Gnome hole, they will be attracted to the sweet smell and bright color, they will have no choice but to try it. After they drink it and become frozen themselves (Tuesday is opposite day for Gnomes) place them in your yard and garden to deter other Gnomes, Sprites, Fairies and Such!!!

Make them welcome near the kitchen stove. Then you'll have a Gnome on the range - or even a Hob Goblin.............

Seriously, treat these guys well and you'll not be the loser! They like beer, cream, cookies, and fresh water to wash in every night; if they leave you any gift, say out loud how good it was, but never, never actually say Thank you.
