how many with mirror satellites that can reflect sun rays to earth

Hard to tell, as almost all satellites are actually government work. Would be a pretty high number. The last number I have (from 2002) is 50,000 tons of made-made objects orbiting this planet. USA have 1042 satellites in space, Russia 1398.

But there are no mirror satellites currently in orbit. Some experiments had been launched years ago, but reentered the atmosphere already.

There are about 30,000 man-made objects in orbit now.  About 1/2 are junk, and of the rest, about 1/3 are government.  So I  would guess about 5,000 government satellites.  None of them are specially built to be mirror satellites,  but several dozens are bright enough to show glints (or "flares") of sunshine at times.
