  1. The average adult needs half a gram of protein per pound of body weight

    So I guess you need 50gram per day.


  2. NO YOU DO NOT NEED THAT MUCH PROTEIN!

    that could have ill affects. Please please do not take in that much.

    You really only need 10-20g NOT 60-70 that could kill you.

  3. You should take in 1 gram of protein for every pound of muscle you have on your body. If you have your body fat calculated,this will give you an exact number. However, in just guessing, I'll say you need approximately 60-70 grams of protein per day.
