Real food that equates to negative calories. You eat as much as you want, and fill your belly, but the more you eat, the more weight you lose.
Example #1: Sugar free orange jello, with finely chopped cabbage and carrots mixed in along with a small amount of crushed pineapple. Has almost no calories, and it takes your body lots of calories to digest the raw cabbage and carrots. You can eat a gallon a day, feel full, and lose weight.
Example #2: Italian Flavor. Slice raw cabbage into strips so that it looks like spaghetti. Boil it until soft. You add tomatoes, Italian Seasoning, mushrooms, green peppers, ground turkey, & chopped tomatoes. Eat all day, with warm food that is filling, and yet has little or no calories. Cabbage, tomatoes, mushrooms, and green peppers are basically calorie free. Turkey is fat free. Baby get protein and essential vitamins from the colored vegetables.
