I have noticed that on different times of the day that I can access my favourite Internet radio stations more easily than at other times! Is this because more people are on the web, and this slows down my ability to tune in?

  1. Yes.

    Or no.

The official answer is: it depends on how much bandwidth is devoted to that site. But -

It could be something else running on the servers where your host company resides. There a a bunch of different things that affect the Internet that are so incomprehensible that you don't even want to try. Just take it as it comes. Don't ask an engineer to explain - your eyes will glaze over!
