  4. Depends how much sleep they need to function the next day.  At 13 if I got 8 hrs I was ok but my stepbrother at 13 needed like 12 hrs sleep to function.

    when i was 13, my mom always tried to get me to go to sleep

    at 9:30pm. i would aallllways tell her, MOTHER! IM NOT TIRED, I CAN GO TO SLEEP AT 11pm.

    id ALWAYS wake up then next day, tired as h**l, and not wanting to wake up.

    so one night i went to sleep at 11pm, and my mom forced me to wake up at the time i was supposed to, at 7:00am. and i was so tired by the time 9:30pm came around, i went to sleep on my own.

    its all about their schedule.

    wake them up early, they will be tired by the end of the day and wanna go to sleep earlier.

    early to rise, early to sleep.

  14. Just don't make her go to bed too early, I get about 7 myself, but I'm a nightowl, it's summer, and now it's about 9 hours, from 3:00am, to 1:00pm :)
