  1. for most states the limit is 20 hrs.per wk.


  2. This is a question about employer policy not about law.  The law draws little distinction between full time and part time.  

  3. In Arkansas if they work over 30 hours a week they are entitled to benefits like health insurance and holiday pay, which would make them full time.  At least that is the way it was at the company I worked for.

  5. well it depends, most places as long as you aren't getting more than 35 hours, you are considered part time.  however most of the places i have worked consider it to be less than 32.
