  1. None unless you talk w/ your employer

  2. it is based on the employers policy.........

there are no laws requiring any kind of paid time off in the US.

the best way to determine what you should be paid is to talk with your employer about it. they are the only ones who can answer this question.

  3. In the UK you are entitled to 24 days if you work full time 5 days per week which is an average of 4.8 weeks. So if you work part time you are entitled to 4.8 x your standard week.

  4. Many employers don't even offer vacation to PT employees, so let me just start by saying you're fortunate...

Ok, look for your employee handbook.  Some employers offer vacation based on the average # of hours worked per week.  It will be outlined very clearly in your handbook/union contract.  If you don't have a handbook, your manager should be able to show you where it is written.  If you're union, you may be covered by a different contract from other employees working side-by-side with you, so benefits like vacation can be affected by the employee's original hire date.

  5. None if you are part time.

If you think there is a mistake on you pay.Talk to your boss.

He/She can explain your pay better than any of us can.

  6. Where are you?  If you are in the US, they don't "HAVE TO" give you ANY vacation, even if you are full time.  So it will depend on what their company policy is.
