Retail management team has been 6-days a week since Dec (~70hrs), no end date listed. Not enough hourly associates to get all work done and management has to stay until it's done. Managers performing routine tasks and not planning, training, managing. When does the line become crossed and it become exploitation?

  1. That is one drawback of being in management, you are on your own. If you complain they fire you and nobody cares.

  2. There is no limit.

Management is responsible for all the functions below them.

If they cannot get their supervisors and employees to do it, they have to do it themselves.

If they were good managers, they would need to do very little.

  3. People in management are usually paid a certain wage by the month instead of hourly, so it doesn't matter how many hours they have to work.
