How many hours did yoy drive in total before passing your road test???

before i took the test i probably drove an hour or two. during the test, it was only about 15 minutes.

Personally I drove over 6,000 hours but I kept my G1 (beginners) for almost 5 years because insurance was free. I did a lot of cool road trips with my dad.

I failed my first road test simply because I didn't take drivers ed. I know this for a fact because 2 weeks later I retook the test and passed yet I hadn't drove in the 2 weeks and I did everything the exact same.

Start in an empty parking lot in a controlled environment.

Get a good feel of control esp. for braking.

Get a couple cones or equivilent and learn to parallel park.. Very Important on this one.

Spend a good part of a Sunday doing that. Then go out into traffic.

Practice everyday for a week or two and really you should be fine.

and a LOT with my parents. about 50-60 hours

well it depends.. i didn't drive a l**k before i did my road test.. that was because i took mine at DMV and they don't require a log of hours..

well i just drove enough to feel comfortable about the test...

6 hours is required with a driving school if your under 18.. i believe..

but the drivers test itsself is very short.. mine was less than 15 min.

Usally take the amount of hours on your age so if ur 17 17 hours 18 18 hours ect....

well in Pennsylvania, you need to log in 50 hours.

dont really have to, they dont check. but in pa you have 6 months to practice until your eligible to even take your drivers test, unless your 18, than its a different story.
