As long as you didnt donate blood, there is no time limit, the amount of blood that goes into the test tubes is very minimal.

Do you have one of those sheets from the Red Cross telling you how long it takes to produce the blood lost? I don't remember.

I would say 24 hours, just to be safe. I mean, really, you can drink anytime you like. Why not just wait?
