  1. I sleep about 9 from 9:00 pm-6:00 am

    Occasionally wake up at 3 and 6 in the morning for no reason at all then fall back to sleep.

    I sleep from around 10-11 till 7:30-8

  3. I wish I could sleep 9-10 hours. If I have the time, I do it. Usually I sleep 5 hours. Not enough to be prepared for the next work day. But how much should you sleep depends on the individual. Some say 8 hours, others feel ok with 6. If you sleep 10 hours and wake up lazy and tired, you are sleeping too much. If you wake up all right, good for you. Enjoy your good night sleep while you can.
