How many hours does weed affect you?

As in, how long is the high.

I usually don't pay attention to the time when I smoke except for the occasional "HOLY c**p! IT'S ONLY BEEN 2 MINUTES!?" kind of thing, otherwise I fall asleep.

So I wanted to go toke up in about an hour, but then I have to come home to my parents.

If I smoke right when I get there, you think they'll be able to tell in 5-6 hours? Or will I still be blazed, and just ramble on/zone out/etc.?

Time After Smoking 1 personal Gram (in general)

5 minutes- you will start to feel it

10-15 minutes- you really will know that you are high

30 minutes- your peak of being high. this is where the munchies can occur, and your time perception is just way out of whack. this is when you really are high. THis peak will last for about an hour.

1 hour, 30 minutes- start to slowly come off high

2 hours- feeling moderate effects, starting to get tired

2 hours 30 minutes- maybe still somewhat high, kind of groggy

3 hours- probably sober, but very sleepy or just tired

4 hours- probably asleep, or have no emotion of excitement lol

hahaha well it all depends on how long you've been smoking because you build a tolerance. if i smoke i'm dead sober within the hour unless i continue to smoke. but to answer your question, i don't think you'll be high 6 hours after you smoke. at least i hope not. generally the high should last from 1 and a half hours to 2 hours

It really just varies by the person. Some people it lasts about 2 hours or so while others it doesnt affect at all

personally weed really has no effect on me, i just get a little more outgoing.

your definetly not gonna be blazed you might still have a little buzz but thats it normally when i smoke it lasts anywere from 2-4 hours

Depends on how much you smoke and how good the weed is. A "normal" high is roughly an hour.

It can affect the rest of you life.  I don't understand why you want to be a DOPEY.  If you ever get caught by the police, it will stay on your record for the rest of your life and affect you ability to get a good job.

HAHA no you will not still be "blazed." you'll be good in 5 hours. obviously, you're an inexpirience smoker. The high will probably last 3-4 hours if its good weed. If its some dank, that's another story.

If you smoke once and don't re-dose, and depending on the strength of the pot, you will be high 2-4 hours.
