How many hours is the recomende to play xbox360?

i want to know how many hours is the recomended to play and how keep it cold?.

I once played for 8 hours straight and it didn't overheat. Don't put it in a place where it is confined. That helps a lot

Put a fan on it and have a blast play to you cant play no more

for as long as you want just don't sit to close to the TV and about keeping it cool it will cool down when you get bored and turn it off

you should get a special powerful small fan and keep it next to him and enjoy. this is what I'm doing

open a window or point a fan at it, try to keep the power back off the floor by having it elevated at either side by dvds or something.... also theres no recommended time, but i'd say about 4 hours a day if you dont want to become addicted and to have sore eyes...
