im 15, 5ft 6 and i weigh 8st 10lbs. In the morning i eat 3/4 slices of toast, in the after noon i eat a chicen sandwitch with a packet of crisp and then at night probably a chip butty, well how much exorcise would i need to burn that all off, and would all that food be enough calories for the day. I do weights in quite alot but i dont seem to be reconising any results, im mainly focuing on the chest area and ive been doin constant pushups so i was wondering if this is occuring due to my foods im eating.
