How many hours of sleep do i need?!?

ive been so tired lately and during the week i wake up a little bit before 6

around 5:45 and also ive been stressed which im sure makes me more tired, but what time should i go to bed?

im in high school btw if that makes a difference

  1. You should go to bed at around 10pm the latest. You need around 8 hours of sleep at the least in order to feel "good".


  2. you need to go to bed around 8 or 9 the more sleep you get the better you feel and you will feel great
