How many hours of sleep do you usually get in a day?

my maximum's 6 hours, cant do more than that..is that kinda unhealthy?

  1. No 6 hours isn't really healthy. 7 to 8 hours is what you should be getting and is healthier for your body.  


  2. If it doesn't bother you, 6 is great.  That mean you have more time awake than most people.  You are really making the most of your time here on earth.  I wish I could do that.  I always love to wake up early and accomplish so much by mid-day.  

    As long as you eat well and feel great during the day, then, it's healthy.  You probably get a really good straight 6 hour rest.  Some people sleep for 10 hours but keep waking up during the evening or they think too much and don't get a good sleep - now, that's bad!

  4. On the weekends, I can usually sleep around 10 hours because I'm so tired from the week. For school, I usually get around 5 or 6, which isn't enough at all.

  5. 8 hours is what you should be getting. people that sleep more are normally healthier.
