I usually do a good amount of situps, curls, pushups and a jog

about how many hours of sleep would best benefit and help my muscles grow?

  1. You know what they say, 8 hours sleep is best for every one.  Your body and mind will rest.


  2. make a schedule

    sleep for 7 hours daily. have juice or milk before going to bed.

    it refreshes mind while you are asleep.
