That depends on the kind of sites you visit. remember that some sites contains graphics that uses a lot of your bandwidth. also watching videos online consumes a lot of your bandwidth ie; utube and iplayer

To give you a rough idea I use about 250 Mbs per 10 hours so a Gb would be about 40 hours. That's with no streaming or downloading.
