  1. 2-3 hours a day.


  2. Depends on how much time you have, and how good a score you're trying to get. Get used to the test and the sorts of questions on the test, then take a practice one, and see how your score is. If it's at or above where you want to be you won't need to study too hard. On the other hand if your score is below where you want to be, you'll need to hit the books.

    A few hours a day for the month leading up to the test is probably a bare minimum.

    Spend a lot of time practicing the games section.
