1 or 2... too much time sitting staring at a screen (whether the computer or television) is bad for eyesight.  It also burns no calories and has little or no benefit for the mind.

Around 2, because too long can cause damage to your eyes and you will end up with glasses, but sometimes, we have to spend more then 2 hours because of homework and 6 papers due next week!

Sorry, I'm not complaining.

But remember, don't stare at the screen too long, take a 20 minutes break every hour.
