Depends where you are going and how far.

A rail journey can take anything from a few minutes to several days.

The last time I checked, trains couldn't tell the time.

Though if you want to expand; train time isn't different to time outside of a train.

Unless you talk about Einstein's relativity, where technically the time inside the train is effected by the Lorentz factor - making the journey outside seem dilated.
