  1. Jdello knows, Bob just likes to toss out numbers

  2. Something like 30,000.  But that number is very speculative scientifically.  Unlike (mostly) man made global warming, there's no general agreement on it.

  3. I have no idea.  But the actual amount is zero.

  4. Not really sure, all I know is that every time there is a heat wave and people die the media blames it on global warming. Most of these death are due to a localized weather event and have nothing to do with climate change, but the media and political agencies are more than glad to pin it to AGW to get a buck and further their agenda.

  5. Actually every study shows that fighting the global warming hoax costs society at a very minimum about 2,000 deaths per day (mostly children)

  6. It they have any sense they will keep their mouths shut. If they don't the, muppets might stampede, and any subsequent deaths will not count. So there!

  7. At one time, employees of the WHO quoted a paper produced by academics from University of Wisconsin that global warming was killing 150 000 people per year.

There has only been one study in the world with this kind of findings.  It's doubtful that global warming kills anyone as more people die from cold than heat.

Since then, the UN seems to be moving on.  Lately the UN has been talking more about hunger than climate change, hopefully all the beaurocrats employed by the IPCC can get jobs on the WFP.  At least world hunger is real unlike AGW which is science fiction.

  8. Currently 150,000 per year, and the number is set to double by 2030.

  9. The correct answer is zero, what the WHO and other political organizations say in aid of advancing their agendas really does not matter.

  10. None whatsoever

  11. .0624 deaths per barrel of oil. It was said by someone you don't know, and it fits your unfounded believe, so it must be true.

    The debate is over.

  12. History tends to indicate that warming leads to population explosions and prosperity, as is demonstrated by the medieval warm period. Following this came what has come to be known as the little ice age, a time of severe pestilence and famine. Many estimates suggest that Europe lost at least one third of it's population due to plague. The dark ages demonstrate clearly to us that colder temperatures arrest human development, while warmer ones do just the opposite. Anyone, who contests this historical fact is bent on spreading propagandist lies to further their agendas, which is exactly what man made global warming is, propaganda. Sadly, many who promote this theory to trumpet environmentalism don't have any concept of the consequences, otherwise they would certainly not have been so quick to jump to conclusions about woefully unproven science. Maybe the truth is they don't care about man kind, they'd rather save the polar bear.

  13. Anyone who puts a number on this is just guessing.  Global warming isn't killing anyone.

The cold kills more every year than warmth does.
