How many iTunes accounts/computers may I use...?

I have on ipod and two computers. My laptop has itunes on it and is my main source for downloading music. However, I recently bought an amazing desktop that I would like to use as well (to download music).

Is it possible to do this? If so, how?

Yes and it is really simple. Just go to your desktop itunes( download it off of itunes.com if you dont already have it) and go to the store button at the top. Then click authorize computer and then plug your ipod in and click transfer purchases.
