yes, you need to by the memory card adapter for like 15 bucks. The adapter allows you to connect your memory cards to the ps3. There you can copy all PS2 and 1 data into an internal memory. Since you have 7 memory cards, thats like 56MB, which is a small fraction to store on a Ps3, which is 40GB or 80GB. When you are done copying over to the ps3 hard drive, delete all the info on those cards, since you dont need them any more and you can sell them.

NOTE: Be careful where you open the ps3 memory card adapter, when you are done using it, put it back carefully. There, you can take it back to the store and get your money back.
