  2. I don't think any international matches ended at 0-0 for the last 20 years at least.

    Very interesting question.

  3. Nothing in my living memory.

  4. England have four times drawn a match 0-0.

    Once in 1910 against Ireland in the second match ever played at Twickenham.

    Then again in 1930, against Scotland, in 1962, against wales, and in 1963 against Ireland.

    Not sure what other internationals have anded 0-0
