How many interviews are there with Victoria's Secret?

I had an interview today with them, and the interviewer mentioned about callbacks for a second interview if we get one (this was a group interview). I've never had second interviews before. Why do they have them?

Companies usually do second interviews if they are seriously considering hiring you. I believe they narrow it down to a certain amount of people to call back for a second interview and afterwards they decide from there..Good luck! I wanna work at VS so bad..haha =]
