are  the Queens who reigned.

There were a number who were homosexual. This does not mean that they were 'queens' in the sense that they were decidedly feminine in their mannerisms.

If you mean were they homosexual, there is some evidence to suggest that Edward II, James I, and William III may have been at least bisexual.   There appears to be no foundation for the stories about Richard I being homosexual, he was certainly never accused of it in his own lifetime, and in fact seems to have been notorious for raping women.

Actually, i think all the Kings of England, and of everywhere else, were Kings....hence the title.
