  1. That is a beautiful question, and a very powerful and stern scripture. Jesus commanded us all to be ready, for there is no doubt that day will come, when the Lord Himself shall appear and every eye will see Him, and those that are ready He will gather together unto Himself. The dead in Christ being raised first, and then those that are alive, but He will gather us all together unto Himself. To those who are not ready, only fear and dread for the things that are going to come upon them.

1 Thessalonians 4: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

I am following Jesus everyday and waiting and believing that all things that God said will come to pass. I know that today is closer than it was yesterday. Let us all be found ready.

Revelation 22:20  He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

    Come Lord Jesus,

with sincerity and expectations that what God said He will do,

    Andrew

  2. Oh, there's always a few nutters waiting on the rapture.

People have been predicting it by looking at the current signs and failing spectacularly since before Christ.

  3. Ah yes, that christian myth. I'm aware of it, but I'm waiting for Ragnarök.

  4. I am ttly waiting to c jesus! riening over the world with him for 1000 years... will be... AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. The word rapture is not in the bible. The bible was written in Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic. The word rapture comes from the Vulgate, its Latin. In the original text the word for rapture can only be translated rebellion, or when the rebellious one will appear. That whole doctrine is not based on sound theology.
