How many languages can you speak and what language do you think in ?

English is my first language. Therefore I think and dream in English. I can also speak some Tagalog, Spanish, and German. But I'm not fluent in those other languages anymore.

Sometimes I think in Spanish, sometimes I even forget the English word that I am thinking of in Spanish. It is sooooo fun to dream in Spanish, though!!!

I really really want to learn Japanese and I'm trying but it's kinda difficult... especially when I don't have a lot of time with work and whatnot to study it.
