How many languages can you speak fluently?

  1. English and Greek

    how on earth can I get a thumbs down for speaking two languages?


  2. Fluently?  Only 3.  

    But.. I was born multi-lingual.  I speak Korean, Russian, and Vietnamese fluently.

    I really want to say that I'm also fluent in English, French, and German, .... but I don't do so well when it comes to speaking.  So I guess I'm not fluent in these languages.

    ugh.. English is so hard for me.  When I said multi-lingual, I meant uhhh all 3 of those languages are my "1st" languages.  My mom is korean and vietnamese so she  only spoke to me in those languages....  My dad is Russian so he spoke to me only in Russian. I guess I just picked up these languages when I was a baby? haha..  I don't know.

  14. One and I'm utterly ashamed of that. I just wish I had time to learn another. I am pretty good with English though- I'm an English teacher. I wouldn't know which language to learn for the best either.

    well Armenian is my native language, i was born in Lebanon which is an arab country, my second language in school was French and English is my key to relaxation through songs and literature..

  21. I was born in a small pocket of Ireland that speaks Irish Gaelic as a first language, before moving to England when I was 5.

    So, gaelic, english, french and japanese.

    Those are the languages that I could hold a conversation in a native country with.

    I can even read a fair amount of kanji.
