Question:

How many lbs will i loose(in20days) if i work on stepper=200counts & crunches=60counts (both15times/day).

Diet-normal(nice breakfast,lunch&dinner),no junk food,sugar free pills instead of sugar(in coffee,tea),water-8-12 glasses/day.

I don't have much stamina, so I cannot exercise for long hours.Also I'm having my exams,so I'm studying for 40min & exercising for 15min(15 times/day).I have to loose wt. soon,I'm tired of criticism...(my wt=126lbs)

pls help...
