How many lbs will i loose(in20days) if i work on stepper=200counts & crunches=60counts (each15times/day).

Diet-normal(nice breakfast,lunch&dinner),no junk food,sugar free pills instead of sugar(in coffee,tea),water-8-12 glasses/day.

I don't have much stamina, so I cannot exercise for long hours.Also I'm having my exams,so I'm studying for 40min & exercising for 15min(15 times/day).I have to loose wt. soon,I'm tired of criticism...(my present wt.=126lbs& height=5feet & 2inches)

pls help...

  2. 900,000 lbs. Omfg wth is wrong with you i'm 5 feet and 110 lbs. This is what you do, instead of eating large portions, eat a lot during the day but SMALL portions only ! Don't eat after 7 cause tahts about the time your metabolism ends at night. Just do 20 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and you'll lose enough weight to be healthy. You live in the Philippines, you'll always be criticized.
