kushtoe: Yes, of course, Salvia is a plant. But, "how do I get high on Salvia" questions have nothing to do with science (note the parent section that Botany is in). Also, you can ask questions -- in the form of comments -- on YouTube below the relevant video of some kid acting silly while tripping out on Salvia.

People are interested in these 'drugs' as you call them. I would call them entheogens.  

RE the question, about 30 leaves rolled into a quib but it's not pleasant. use the same amount and make a tea. Or you could dry and crush em up and smoke in a bong, I did this recently with only about 5 leaves that had fallen of my plant and dried, it had a slight effect I knew I'd smoke salvia but no way near a 'breakthrough' experience !

Remember set and setting is VERY important with Salvia.
