Most have 6 true walking legs.  There are a couple genera that have reduced forelegs.  Sometimes difficult to see them.

Oooo.  Tricky question.  They have six but they only use four for walking.  The other two are so small you might not notice them and I don't know what they use them for.

Most do indeed have six legs, but there is a large group of butterflies known as the brushfoots that have one pair modified into basically just a few little whiskers that stick out of the thorax - and so for all intents and purposes they really only have four legs.
