i am fitand i have an in ground pool in my back yardnormallu in a day i go for a 20 min run (4km)i do 50 sit ups50 push ups50 leg lifts40 lungesand 1 min of the plank.but i am now starting to swim, i am not normally a very strong swimmer but i swim faster then all my friends. so i was wondering how many lengths i should aim for to burn about 150 calories or soo... my pool is about 10 meaters long, i think.thanks !!i am 5'8 and 135 lbs.
