How many lengths do i have to swim to get a good workout ?

i am fit

and i have an in ground pool in my back yard

normallu in a day i

go for a 20 min run (4km)

i do 50 sit ups

50 push ups

50 leg lifts

40 lunges

and 1 min of the plank.

but i am now starting to swim, i am not normally a very strong swimmer but i swim faster then all my friends. so i was wondering how many lengths i should aim for to burn about 150 calories or soo... my pool is about 10 meaters long, i think.

  1. I would say do:

    100 meter freestyle

    50 meter breastroke

    150 meter freestyle

    100 backstroke

    That will get you a good workout, believe me.
