To get to the center, and not the whole tootsie pop, 1,017- my friend who did this during an assembly and 764 according to another friend of mine who tried it in 8th grade. The third person I know who did it got 902. I think it all depends on tongue size and salvation levels.

Oh, and I have no clue why I attract people who like to answer this question.
