it is different each person and everyone is different. There isn't a certin amount of licks.

My daughter was determined to answer that so she actually licked it all  the way to the Tootsie, problem was she was watching a movie and all of a sudden I heard, mommy I forgot to keep counting LOL It was cute, I guess we will never know.
