I asked another question about this, but I think I asked it wrong. I am NOT looking for a drink that is mixed. I am looking for a drink that is floated. Here's an example. You can make a shot called a Red, White and Blue. It's grenadine, peach schnapps and blue curacao. You float the ingredients so it's red, white and blue, not a shot of purple junk. I am looking for any drinks or shots with 4plus ingredients that can be layered. "floated".

  1. No idea

  2. I've seen these. They are gorgeous. Are we all invited to the party?

  3. only 2 ingredients sorry! its good though

    Buttery Nipple recipe

    1 oz DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur

    1/2 oz Irish cream

Pour buttershots into a chilled shot glass. Carefully layer or float the irish cream on top, and serve

  4. Trader Vic has a recipe for a 7-8-9 floated drink. Its a gorgeous drink... and should be drank slowly with a straw so as to not mess up the pretty layers... Don't drink it fast, not because its a lot of alcohol at one time... but it takes a while to make correctly and when you p**s off your bartender, its gonna be a bad night no matter what you do.

  5. Nice skirt.

I don't have a specific answer to your question, but I've seen between 5 and 7 different liquors "stacked" or floated in a chimney glass.

As you no doubt realize, different liquors have different weights to them, so they tend to seek their own level when mixed together.

    Bottoms up.
