I'm pregnant and the books say to drink eight glasses of water, or two quarts a day. I drink polland springs or evian and the bottle holds one liter. How many liters do I need to drink to reach my daily requirement?

  1. i think 2 litres - if your active obviously you'll need to drink more. And to be honest if you substitute most of your drinks for water you'll feel better for it anyway. I hear guiness is good when your pregnant - dont go overboard though!

  2. 1 litre and 1 quart are nearly equal....so 2 litres a day would work.

    1.05 quart equals 1 litre

  3. 1.5L -> 2L

  4. Your recomended to drink 2 litres of water a day but there is also water in what you eat so you dont need to drink loads fruits and vegetables have lots of water in too .

  5. they used to say 7 glasses a day, but with the water in the food you eat, you only need around 3-5 glasses of water every day.

  6. 1 or 2 more if you are out doing any kind of phyiscal thing and or if its hot humid where you are. Water good baby like water!

  7. Well 1 liter of water equals 1 quart, so therefore, you need to drink two liters (equaled to 2 liter of soda lol) Hope this helps!
