Depends on the size of a "lot". An acre contains 43,560 square feet. As an example, say you are selling 60'X100' lots. Divide 43,560 by 6000 and you come up with 7.26 "lots".

It depends on the size of the lot. There will be 4 quarter acre lots in an acre but 2 half acre lots.
