  2. pH=-log[H+]=2 so [H+]=10^-2 = 0.01 moles / liter

    for 1 liter of 0.01 M HCl need 0.01 moles HCl

    0.01 moles HCl = X liters * 0.1 moles / liter

    # ml = 1000 * X liters

    Fill and solve. 1:10 dilution
