How many married men lok at other women?

My husband just told me all men do is this true ?

Yes, unfortunately  it's true.  There is nothing you can do about it.  I would be like taking you to the mall and telling you not to look at the stuff in the windows.  Just our nature and theirs.  Not a big deal.

all of them.  the difference between us is our response.  If he looks and tells his wife "i'm glad you don't dress like a w***e like that girl" (like I do with my wife) he's ok.   if he looks and goes "why can't you dress like that?" you're in trouble

This is so true. Men look at women so often as women look at new shoes through a window.

There's a big difference between looking and acting. We look, yes but I have no intention of getting involved with anyone other than my honey.

There is an old saying that a woman is as old as she looks and a man is not old until he stops looking.

Just because you have had the meal in a restaurant it doesn't stop you looking at the menu. you're not going to order anything else.

So in a straight answer to your question - Yes we all keep looking but that's about as far as it goes.
