  3. i eat 2 meals a day, i don,t eat breakfast, but i should.

    breakfast (7:00am)   = 2 toast with peanut butter / nutella

    lunch (11:00am) = 2 toast with peanut butter / nutella

    snack (2:00pm) = high calorie protein shake

    snack (4:00pm) = high calorie protein shake

    dinner  (7:00pm) = rice,stir fry veggies and meat

    snack (9:00pm) = 1 cup of milk

  5. I eat breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. For breakfast i eat a bowl of cerieal, lunch a tomatoe, cheese, maybe some more cerial, lots of water, a friut, snack is liek..penuts. then dinner is something big...liek tonight i ate shrimp and sause with rice, and yesterday was chicken, and lots of cooked vegetables. yay! doof!

  8. i eat two meals a day without snacking anytime in between them. i always have a light breakfast like an omlette and toast with jelly, or oatmeal or cereal or somthin.

    then for dinner i eat whatever i want, and i mean anything ive ranged from healthy salads to the most unhealthy chinese takeout.

    but i woudlnt advise eating this way. im extremely underweight to the point of ALOT of health problems. and im supposed to gain weight but im to paranoid to.  

  9. I try to eat three but my biggest meal is at breakfast.

    Usually breakfast is a couple bowls of cereal, or one bowl of cereal with fruit or Kashi Waffles with fruit, it varies.

    Lunch is maybe a sandwich or a salad, maybe a soup. I don't really eat lunch so those things more often than not won't happen.

    Dinner is whatever my family wants but I eat a small portion of it.

    I don't eat right so I can't really give a good answer.

    It should be 3 meals a day though, if not 6 smaller meals.
